May 26, 2006 - Salt Lake City, UTCorEMR representatives attended this year’s American Jail Association show and demonstrated our EMR software to AJA attendees. We also highlighted many new product enhancements and discussed the growing need for correctional facilities to have a comprehensive and affordable EMR system.
“More and more administrators at correctional facilities are understanding the need for a good EMR system to protect them against lawsuits, along with meeting their facility's specific medical and workflow needs," said Jonathan Burton, Vice President of CorEMR, "We appreciate the AJA because it gives us an opportunity to discuss these needs with jail administrators."
CorEMR began in 2004 to provide correctional facilities with affordable electronic medical records. Our management team has 6 years of experience specifically in jail and prison EMR/EHR management and over 30 years of experience in software design.
